Appointments are 1 hour and can be undertaken face-to-face or by phone. All covid-19 regulations are strictly adhered to for face-to-face appointments. Sessions are £65 and can be paid by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

*Mindfulness


Amber is pleased to offer private mindfulness training to groups on Saturdays; either a single introductory session or a group of 4 sessions to gain a further understanding and have greater opportunity to practice new skills.

 

Introduction to Mindfulness Session 2 hours: £70 for a group up to 6 people

 

4 week Fundamentals of Mindfulness  1.5 hours x 4: £200 for a group up to 6 people.
